Use of the service
By using Vivli you agree to these terms. We act as an agent between you and the underlying hotel / airline; the cancellation and refund policy of the supplier applies to your booking.
Payments
All prices on Vivli are shown in Georgian lari (GEL). Payment is processed via TBC. Your card is charged the GEL amount displayed at checkout; supplier-side currency conversion does not affect what we charge you.
Cancellations
Each hotel rate and flight fare has its own cancellation policy, displayed before booking. Refunds (where applicable) are returned to your original payment method.
